 PROJECT MANAGER

Veyron Projects Inc. is a boutique general contractor performing commercial renovation and construction work throughout the province of Alberta. We require an energetic, motivated and career minded project manager to join our team. The job posting is for either Calgary or Edmonton with a flexible start date in Jan 2022.

The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of construction project management including but not limited to; start-up, obtaining permits, contracts, sub-contracts, budgeting, budget tracking, construction scheduling, project reporting and project delivery/close-out. The PM works closely with in-house and external construction personnel to ensure project construction is executed in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the integrity of both design and of Veyron Projects as a company.

· PMP designation or minimum 4 years’ Project Management experience in commercial building construction

· Experience using Procore would be an asset

· Ability to travel to sites when required is essential

· Full-time salaried position

· We are willing to accommodate partial work-from-home if required
